KDDI Digital Life Corporation is pleased to announce that its online mobile brand povo has been ranked No.1 in customer satisfaction in the mobile phone category of the 2025 Japanese Customer Satisfaction Index (JCSI) survey*, conducted by the Japan Productivity Center Service Productivity & Innovation for Growth. This follows povo’s top ranking in 2024 and covers nine brands across both major mobile carriers and online-only brands.

povo earned the highest scores across eight evaluation indices: Customer Expectations, Perceived Quality, Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction, Recommendation Intention, Customer Loyalty, Emotional Engagement, and Lack of Dissatisfaction.
