povo Achieves No.1 Customer Satisfaction in the Mobile Phone Category of the 2024 JCSI

KDDI Digital Life Corporation is pleased to announce that its online mobile brand povo has been ranked No.1 in customer satisfaction in the mobile phone category of the 2024 Japanese Customer Satisfaction Index (JCSI) survey *, conducted by the Japan Productivity Center. The JCSI survey is one of the largest and most comprehensive customer satisfaction studies in Japan, covering nine brands across both major mobile carriers and online-only providers.
In the latest results, povo secured the top position not only in overall customer satisfaction but also across all seven evaluation indices: Customer Satisfaction, Customer Expectations, Perceived Quality, Perceived Value, Emotional Engagement, Lack of Dissatisfaction, and Customer Loyalty.
