KDDI Digital Life Corporation is pleased to announce that its online mobile brand povo has been awarded No.1 in overall customer satisfaction in the 2024 J.D. Power Japan Mobile Phone Service Customer Satisfaction Study℠*, conducted by J.D. Power Japan. povo received the highest ranking in the Online-Only Brand/Plan category.

povo achieved the top scores across three key evaluation factors: Cost, Service Options, and Procedures & Support, earning the overall No.1 position within its category.

Since its launch in 2021, povo2.0 has been widely recognized for its flexible approach, offering zerobasic monthly fees and a range of customizable options that allow customers to adjust their data usage to their individual needs. In recent years, povo has also introduced service plans that integrate mobile data with various products and experiences, providing new and innovative ways to use their mobile service.
